Facility Systems Consultants, LLC (FSC) is an engineering firm located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The firm's history dates back to November of 1982. The firm has provided design and consultation for many types of facilities such as schools, jails, churches, retail, hotels, dormitories, restaurants, airports, libraries, laboratories, banks, commercial storage, medical facilities (hospitals, medical offices, etc.), office buildings, and industrial / production.

Specific projects of note include the HVAC renovation of the first known deaf education building (historic) to have been originally designed by a deaf architect (Tennessee School for the Deaf). This project received top honor in the Building Systems Category at the Engineering Excellence Competition sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies - Tennessee.
Other unique projects are the geothermal/water source HVAC system designed on a petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated site for Washington County (TN) Schools, a helicopter manufacturing and maintenance complex, and the Humanities and Fine Arts buildings at Northeast State Technical Community College.
