Facility Systems Consultants, LLC (FSC) is an engineering firm located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The firm's history dates back to November of 1982. The firm has provided design and consultation for many types of facilities such as schools, jails, churches, retail, hotels, dormitories, restaurants, airports, libraries, laboratories, banks, commercial storage, medical facilities (hospitals, medical offices, etc.), office buildings, and industrial / production.

Specific projects of note include the HVAC renovation of the first known deaf education building (historic) to have been originally designed by a deaf architect (Tennessee School for the Deaf).
